How we handle your data.

Who we are

Fashion Cities Coalition is an international movement initiated by Paris Good Fashion. This page explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the rights you have over it.

To confirm before launch: the legal entity responsible for the data (the data controller), its registered address, and a contact email for privacy requests.

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us when you fill in a form on this site, mainly the access request form:

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party profiling cookies on this site.

Why we use it

We use this information to review your request to join the Coalition's working area, to reply to you, and to keep in touch about the Coalition's activity. We also use it, in aggregate, to understand who the movement reaches.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box and sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Where it goes

Form submissions are received and stored through our website host, Netlify, and may be exported into the tools we use to manage contacts. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it outside the Coalition and the partners who help us run it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed to handle your request and stay in touch about the Coalition, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

To confirm: the exact retention period you want to apply (for example, two or three years after the last contact).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. You can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority, in France the CNIL.

To exercise any of these rights, reach us through the contact form on the Fashion Cities Coalition website.
